Returns Policy

At Decormax we are committed to customer service and we are very understanding when it comes to customer having to change designs or projects whist on site. To help with this, we follow a very easy set of guidelines for any returned material.

  • You have 14 Days from receipt of goods to advise us of a return
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging
  • Goods must be returned in a resalable condition
  • They must not be damaged or have been tampered with in any way
  • There will be a collection fee of £25.00 to return goods if we are not delivering to your premises at the same time. Alternatively, you can return the goods yourself to your closest depot.
  • Once we have received the goods and have been checked to match return conditions, we will issue a credit within 7 days minus a 20% restocking fee

Exchange Policy

  • You have 48 hours from receipt of goods to advise us of any damages or shortages
  • Customer must fill out return form – Worktop or Sheet Material and return to customerservices@decormax-ltd.co.uk. Pictures must be supplied of any damage / issue. A written conclusion will be sent via email to you stating what we intend to do next.
  • If replacements have been agreed, these will be charged at full price – This applies to both Cash and Credit customers
  • Once we have received the goods and have been checked by a member of staff we will issue a credit with 7 days
